Swim4life for Babies

Water-based exercise for babies has been shown to offer multiple benefits, including strengthened cardiorespiratory function, improved appetite and more stable sleeping patterns.
Most babies take to the water with ease. Learning confidence in the water helps to prepare them to be great swimmers later in life. Our Swim4life lessons for babies provide a great opportunity for you and your child to share this enjoyable and rewarding experience.
We take a maximum of six baby-parent couples per session. Each class lasts 30 minutes and takes place in our salt water chlorinated pools with an ambient temperature of at least 30°C.
 
Through a series of planned activities we’ll help you and your little one feel comfortable together in the water. This provides a foundation for further swimming instruction as your child grows older.
